What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Saturdays are available by appointment.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Not during weekday hours. For a design consultation or a Saturday visit, call ahead so the right person is there to help you.
Is there a trip charge for on-site service?
Yes. On-site service is $175 per hour, plus a trip charge based on distance. Bring your equipment to our shop for the $125 per hour in-house rate with no trip charge. Call for an estimate.
What if I’m outside your service area?
Give us a call at 952-895-8497. We serve communities well beyond the Twin Cities, and IT support can often be handled remotely.
